Empty the Souptacular packet into your crockpot. Cut a boned ham steak up to fit into your crockpot, and cook the soup and ham according to the directions on the Souptacular packet. When it is almost ready to serve, cut the ham into small pieces. So simple, it’s Souptacular!

My mother always said that the magic ingredient for all soups is parsnip. I cook Souptacular’s Autumn Harvest soup in a crockpot with water, adding:

  • 1/2 cup parsnip
  • 1/2 cup carrot
  • 2 tsp vegetable stock paste

This one is my favorite!

I love Souptacular soups in a pressure cooker! Using 8 cups of water, turn up to the steam point, then turn down to a lower setting (to keep the cooker steaming). Leave for about 20 minutes. Easy and healthy!

This is my favorite Souptacular soup! I cook the Souptacular packet in a dutch oven set at 350 with 8-10 cups of water. After about 2 hours, I add:

  • 1 cup cooked chicken
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • any left over vegetables

This freezes really well for lunches.

I need low salt soups and appreciate that these truly are LOW in sodium. My family loves this one! I cook the Souptacular packet on top of the stove with 10 cups of water. Let it simmer for about 1 1/2 hrs, and then add:

  • 1 cup cooked chicken or turkey
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1/2 cup carrots
  • 1/2 cup potatoes

Let it simmer for another 20-30 minutes, until the vegetables are tender. Enjoy!
